The hardest part about it is starting, we all hear the term "I'll start on Monday" and then Monday comes and we don't start so, next Monday it is! I know from my own experience that getting to the gym is the hardest part, but once you are there you won't want to leave. Once you begin seeing results you'll get the motivation that you need to wake up and head to the gym. Not only will you look good, but most importantly you will feel better than ever!

It takes about 21 days for your body to get used to something new, so pushing yourself to do better for the first month might be tough but it will all be worth it. Health and fitness go hand and hand, this is just the beginning, everything you need to start your fitness journey is all here.

This first post isn't long enough. As someone who works out regularly, it should excite me. The last paragraph is also awash with run-on sentences. Don't rush when you write. Let it flow and then clean it up. Coming back to it the next day also helps.
