Shrimp, Asparagus, Red Bell Pepper Stir Fry

This is literally delicious! AND under 300 calories! It's healthy, full of vitamins, fiber, and will keep you feeling full.

First, add some olive oil to your pan and throw in your delicious shrimps. Season the shrimp with salt and crushed red pepper. I added some shrimp tajin seasoning, and about 2 tablespoons of honey for some sweetness!

In another pan with some olive oil add asparagus and red bell peppers. Season them with some garlic and salt.

Finally, it's time to put it all together! Stir fry them together and you are done! Literally takes 10-15 minutes to make a put together and is so nutritious for you.



Shrimp is high in several vitamins and minerals and is a rich source of protein. Shrimp also promotes heart and brain health due to its content of omega-3 fatty acids.

Asparagus is low in calories and great source of fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K. With benefits such as improving digestion, and lowering blood pressure. Red bell peppers are great source of vitamin B6 and folate. These minerals help prevent anemia and help support healthy eyesight, especially night vision. Fuel your body with food that will give you lots of energy and nutrients.
